Last Minute Beautiful Days Information
The running orders for the Main Stage and The Big Top next weekend have been posted on the Beautiful Days Facebook page. All times and running orders for the other stages will be available on site and in the festival programme. Unfortunately Ginger Wildheart wont be able to perform at the festival next weekend due to ongoing issues with his mental health, we wish him all the best and hope to welcome him another year. That slot will be filled by local duo Sound of the Sirens.
Car parking passes are still available to buy in advance until midday tomorrow (Monday 14 August) from here http://www.levellers.co.uk/shop/2017-beautiful-days-tickets. After that, they will be available on the gate but will cost you more. There will be no campervan passes available and a reminder that we cannot accommodate caravans for public or guests.
TICKETS: No more tickets will be made available in advance or on the gate though. We’re sorry if you’ve missed out this year but, as always, we strongly advise you not to buy tickets from unofficial sources – particularly via social networks. Sadly not all posts and offers of tickets are genuine and we do not want people to fall victim to ticket scams. And to clarify – there are no etickets, they are all physical tickets for Beautiful Days. We have teamed up with Twickets to allow ticket holders who can no longer attend the festival to sell them on to other fans at no more than the price they originally paid http://beautifuldays.twickets.co.uk/
TRAVEL: Go to the festival website for all Travel information including car share and bus information: http://www.beautifuldays.org/about/travel/ . Gate opening times are printed on your tickets. Gates will open to the car parks from 12 noon on Thursday 17 August and then the site itself will open from 2pm (this includes all campsites including the disabled campsite). Gates are open from 2pm – 9pm Thursday, 9am – 9pm Friday, 10am – 9pm Saturday & 10am – 3pm Sunday. Please note the earlier time for gates closing on Sunday for entry AND re-entry. You can leave at any time you like, its entry times which are limited.
LOVE OUR NEIGHBOURS: If you are driving to the event then please be respectful of our neighbours and residents of local villages as you approach and leave the site. Please DO NOT come too early as this will increase queuing and DO NOT park off the festival site. Please don't park on local roads, or laybys or particularly in areas where we have Clearway (no parking) Orders. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed. We have got LOTS OF PARKING SPACE on site. We can’t avoid there being some traffic at the beginning and end of the festival but please help us to minimise the impact on local communities.
SAFETY STUFF & USEFUL INFORMATION: is here on the festival website http://www.beautifuldays.org/safety/. And a reminder that none of these items are allowed on site: Glass / Illegal substances / Portable laser equipment and pens / Unauthorised professional film or video equipment / Fireworks / Flares / Lanterns / Generators / Any goods for unauthorised trading / Any items which may reasonable be considered for use as a weapon / Body piercing equipment / Unauthorised sound systems (this includes traders, staff and performers) / Animals (other than registered guide dogs)
